In this class, it's all about speed, power, and intensity.  You'll train hard and learn the real stuff... 360 Defense Kickboxing -- and all the punches, knees, kicks, and elbows that come with it -- as well as Krav Maga, the #1 Self-Defense system in the world.  If you've never checked out these styles, Youtube them.

Don't expect an easy class.  360 Defense Kickboxing is a serious workout, and you'll be getting in fighting shape while hitting pads and targets as hard as you can.  And Krav Maga isn't Karate Kid stuff... no nunchucks or jump kicks here, just straight-up realistic self-defense techniques to keep you safe.  Our teenage students sweat while pounding pads, throwing knees, and working hard.
