Our specifically designed 30 minute in-and-out workout is a combination of the punches, kicks, knees, and elbows of kickboxing with cutting-edge bodyweight exercise and is truly a full-body workout. I've never kickboxed before. Do I need experience?
No! You can start from scratch and fit right in while learning gradually. Everyone starts somewhere!
I'm not in good shape right now. Do I need to get in shape before starting 360 Fitness Kickboxing?
Not at all, you can start 360 Fitness Kickboxing in any condition (consult your doctor if you're really concerned) and go at your own pace.
Will I have to spar?
No, this class is 100% fitness. No contact of any kind.
Is this a self-defense class?
No, the focus of this class is cardio fitness and toning. If you're interested in self-defense, check out our Krav Maga or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes.
Is it coed?
Yes!
Are there belts and uniforms?
No!
Do you have PM kickboxing classes?
Unfortunately, no. At this time, kickboxing is only available in the morning. If you're interested in PM classes, please check out our Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes.

- Andy has been a full-time self-defense instructor for both kids and adults for five years. He's a fitness-fanatic and loves helping people achieve their personal goals.

After a 30 minute class you will leave feeling like you just did a 2 hour workout. You will feel great about yourself and thinking the next class can't come soon enough!
The atmosphere is like no other, the room is full of energy, positivity and encouragement. If your body starts to tell your mind "let's take a break" it's fine if you need to but I promise you once you look around and see the energy in the room it's like a recharge and you just keep on going! Before you know it the class is over and you're proud of yourself for pushing through. The instruction we received from Mr. Rojo was that of a professional. He understands the limits and abilities of each participant in the room. Through his positive encouragement and exceptional instruction he surely brought out the best in all of us during class. If you're looking for a safe, clean and judgement free atmosphere to get fit or just personally feel better about yourself and health then this is the class for you! Bring a friend or come alone it won't matter because you'll make plenty at 360 Cardio Kickboxing class! |

"For a busy working mom and wife that was one of the best parts..."The cardio kickboxing class was excellent. Mr Rojo kept the class very high energy and motivating. The fact that you are working on your own wave-master let’s you tailor the workout for yourself, which makes it a great class for people of all fitness levels. From beginners looking for a great cardio workout, to more advanced attendees looking to redline the entire class. I found the 30 minutes to be the perfect amount of time to get in, get it done, and get out. For a busy working mom and wife that was one of the best parts, I was able to get an amazing workout in a short period of time and get back to my day. "My heart rate was up and the short class packed a heavy punch."The kickboxing class at 360 was fun and intense. The 30 minute high pace workout had only 3 short breaks. It includes wave master striking mixed with calisthenics. My heart rate was up and the short class packed a heavy punch. Haha.
